Word Outreach Initiative

 WORD OUTREACH INITIATIVE

Free leather-bound pocket devotionals for outreach ministries

-:: The Gospel highlights in this book are intended to call sinners to repentance,
edify believers, assist evangelists, encourage Bible study,
and plant seeds into the minds of seekers. ::-

This book is always to be given for free and never sold, and has been designed to be simplistic, with the only words contained being the very words of Scripture* with chapter & verse.

The anonymous format allows the book to be freely used by any traditional Christian affiliation,
and causes the reader to refer directly to the Bible or to their church for further counsel.

The very title page and image cause the onlooker to contemplate the Shepherd
– CHRIST JESUS, and His words.

Its small size design is intended to allow for portability and ease of carry on one’s own body,
and the leather cover binding is so that wherever it goes, it will indicate
to an onlooker that there is something special and important contained within.

*English translations used in these pocket devotionals include: KJV, NABRE, NKJV, NRSV, and ASV

Outreach programs in Lebanon and Syria.

Miles away from the horrors of the Syrian war stands refuges of hope in the name of God's love. We visited and documented one such refuge as we accompanied this ministry over the course of several days. While we gathered some heartfelt stories and awe-inspiring testimonies, we will only be sharing them in person and for those supporters who are connected to this ministry.

If you would like to see and hear this GOOD NEWS, feel free to invite us to speak to your church, youth group, Sunday school, or other private event and share our presentation.

International Church & Education Outreach in Ramallah.

In their own words, “Mosaic is a diverse community being transformed by Jesus to love God and to love all people.” Established in 2011, Mosaic is located in the heart of the West Bank Palestinian city of Ramallah – serving as a testimony of God’s love by spreading His light through true action & faith. / We were welcomed this past September to visit the Mosaic Alliance International Church and to learn about their outreach.

About Ramallah: Located only 6 miles north of Jerusalem, Ramallah was historically an Arab Christian town which now serves as the de facto administrative capital of the Palestinian Authority. With a population of over 27,000, it is generally considered by many to be the most culturally affluent of all Palestinian cities – home to a proportionally greater fraction of Muslims to the now Christian minority there.

Ministry Outreach:
Mosaic hosts several programs for both the international & English speaking community in Ramallah, as well as for non-English speakers who want to learn. Church services are held every Saturday evening with a simultaneous children’s church after the praise & worship segment. Wednesdays are coordinated for a women’s bible study; and there are many other events organized throughout the year to minister to the community. On the very day which we visited, the church had organized a community BBQ! It was truly a blessing to witness the friendships and bonds shared by so many from the community there (including some who do not attend their church).

Possibly the greatest program asset of Mosaic to the community there is through their English classes – offered to any who would like to enroll. These classes not only help locals to develop useful international language skills, but also work to educate and strengthen bonds between them and representatives of whom Christ is. A 12-week Alpha Course is also offered by Mosaic for any who would like to learn answers to basic questions of Christianity. In their own words, “This is a great introduction to the Christian faith in a non-judgmental and relaxed atmosphere.”

Opportunity for Volunteers! : Mosaic welcomes churches to send teams to volunteer for summer programs! Volunteers would be given the real-life experience of meeting with and engaging Palestinians – while lovingly sharing the Light of Christ with them through service. Volunteers would also be given a period of time to see the sights of the Holy Land during their trip, and to see the body of Christ – where He walked, and where He now walks. Mosaic is also seeking an interim international church pastor for one year starting June 2017.
